Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 days, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods, processing may take longer. If your order experiences a significant delay, we’ll contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Standard shipping: $7.95, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Express shipping: $14.95, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude order processing time.

Available shipping options and final charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates do not include order processing time and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping addresses
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact info@funkdunk.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has shipped.

Delayed, missing, or damaged packages
If your package is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact info@funkdunk.com with your order number. For damaged items, please include photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
